SHIPPING & RETURNS
Yes! All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or white envelopes with a return address of "Shipping Department".
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders $99 and above within the USA.
 - For orders under $99, shipping charges are shown at checkout.
 - For International orders, shipping charges are shown at checkout. Note that the charges do not include customs duties/taxes, which may be applied by the destination country at the port of entry. We have no control over this.
 
Shipping Times
- For domestic orders, Standard Shipping takes 4-8 business days and Priority Shipping takes 2-5 business days.
 - International orders take approximately 2-4 weeks in transit. Please allow 3-7 business days for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
 - All orders ship from Long Island City, New York.
 
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation, and then handed over to the carrier for shipping to your destination.
 - Processing times can be longer during peak holiday seasons and during sales.
 
Do you ship to my Country?
- We ship across North America, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
 - You are responsible for any customs duties/taxes which may be applied at the port of entry for your country. We unfortunately do not have any visibility into this.
 
- We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
 - Please note that ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED and in their original packaging (opened or unopened).
 - You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at info@shopcannastyle.com with your order number and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
 - We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
 - Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive an email confirming the return
 - Please allow 2-6 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Unfortunately we're unable to offer gift wrapping or personalized notes in a package. No pricing information will be included in the package.
BREAKAGES & WARRANTY
From the date item was delivered:
- Up to 7 days: We replace items that arrive broken or break within 7 days of delivery
- 8 to 30 days: We issue a 50% discount to repurchase the item
- 31 to 90 days: We issue a 25% discount to repurchase the item

ORDERING
Sorry, but we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
We're sorry but we're unable to edit shipping addresses after the orders are placed.
Payment processors look at various factors when deciding whether to accept or decline a payment. Please make sure that you enter the street number, street name and zip code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement when entering your billing details.
All prices are shown as USD regardless of what country you are shopping from.
