We sell cannabis-adjacent lifestyle products online and ship to the United States and certain other international markets.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the Site, and information from our third-party partners. The tables in Section IV describe each category, how it is collected, and why.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain browsing and behavioral data with advertising platforms for personalized advertising. Residents of certain jurisdictions can opt out of such sharing by exercising their privacy rights described below.

II. Introduction

Trend 36 LLC is a New York limited liability company operating under the trade name Canna Style (“Canna Style,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We own and operate the website accessible at https://shop-cannastyle.com (the “Site”), together with all content and functionality available thereon. Our “Services” means the Site and all other consumer-facing channels we operate, including our email marketing program, SMS marketing program, customer support services (powered by Gorgias), and our wholesale customer program. References throughout this Notice to “your use of our Services” encompass all of the foregoing.

“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information does not include publicly available information, or information that has been de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated in a manner such that it can no longer be associated with a particular individual or household.

This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Information collected through the Services, including when you visit the Site, create an account, make a purchase as a retail or wholesale customer, subscribe to email or SMS communications, or otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to information collected by third parties whose websites may be linked from our Site.

This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. This Notice may change from time to time - see Section XII.

Our Services are intended for individuals 21 years old and above and are not directed to children, including any child under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will terminate the associated account and permanently delete all related data without delay. We collect Personal Information in three ways: information you provide to us directly; information collected automatically when you use the Services; and information we receive from third parties. A. Information You Provide Directly

The following categories of Personal Information are collected when you provide them to us through the Services.

Buy Now Pay Later Information. Order value, shipping address, and email address shared with Sezzle.	If you select Sezzle as your payment method at checkout.	To facilitate BNPL financing through Sezzle. Your use of Sezzle is governed by Sezzle’s own privacy policy and terms.
Customer Support Communications. Content of your communications, contact information, and any information you provide in connection with an inquiry, complaint, or request.	When you contact us via our help center, by email, or through any other customer support channel.	To respond to your inquiries; to resolve product or order issues; to improve our customer support operations and train our support staff.
Reviews and User-Submitted Content. Display name, star rating, written review, and any photos or videos you choose to upload with a product review.	When you submit a product review on the Site.	To publish your review publicly on the Site; to respond to customer feedback; to incorporate your content into marketing materials where you have consented.
Email and SMS Marketing Preferences. Email address and/or mobile phone number; communication preferences and opt-in status.	When you subscribe to our email or SMS marketing program, at checkout, or through a subscription form on the Site.	To send marketing communications by email and SMS, including promotional offers and new product announcements. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section VII.
Wishlist Data. Account information or email address; products saved to your wishlist via Swym.	When you use the Swym wishlist feature to save products for future reference.	To operate the wishlist feature; to send product update or price change notifications where you have consented to marketing communications.
Wholesale and Business Customer Information. Business name, business address, contact name, business email, phone number, business type (e.g., online or brick & mortar, or both) shipping address and copy of state issued Sales Certificate / Resellers Permit	When you register as a wholesale customer or place a wholesale order. We may receive Personal Information about you from the following third-party sources.

We may share your Personal Information with the following categories of third parties and in the following circumstances:

Service Providers. We share Personal Information with companies that provide services on our behalf, including e-commerce platform infrastructure, payment processing, customer support, email and SMS marketing, order fulfillment, and wishlist functionality. We require Service Providers to process Personal Information only as necessary to perform services for Canna Style and not for their own independent commercial purposes, except where required by law.
Payment Processors. We share transaction data with third-party payment processors, including providers of buy now pay later financing, that handle payment card transactions and alternative payment methods on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own fraud prevention and financial compliance purposes.
Advertising and Analytics Partners. We share device identifiers, browsing behavior, and purchase event data with companies that assist us in delivering advertising, measuring advertising effectiveness, and analyzing how visitors interact with the Site. These partners may use this data to serve advertising across their own platforms and networks. See Section VI for a description of the specific tracking technologies in use on the Site.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities. We may disclose Personal Information to government agencies, courts, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, Personal Information we hold may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity, subject to this Privacy Notice or a successor privacy notice communicated to you.

A. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your browser when you visit a website. Some cookies are necessary to operate the Site; others are used for analytics, marketing, and personalization. B. Email and Behavioral Marketing Tracking — Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo, a marketing and behavioral analytics platform operated by Klaviyo, Inc., for our email marketing program. Klaviyo installs tracking technology on the Site that captures behavioral event data — including page views, product views, add-to-cart events, abandoned cart events, and purchases — and associates that data with your email address or device profile where a match exists. This data powers personalized email flows, audience segmentation, and cross-channel advertising. To opt out of Klaviyo-powered email marketing, click “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email. To limit Klaviyo’s behavioral tracking on the Site, decline analytics or marketing cookies through the ConsentMo preference center.

C. Analytics Technologies

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service operated by Google LLC, to collect information about how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic patterns, measure Site performance, and understand how users interact with our content. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Bing Ads. We may also use Microsoft Bing Ads for paid search advertising. To opt out of Bing Ads interest-based advertising, visit advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/optout.

D. Advertising Tracking Technologies

Meta / Facebook Pixel and Meta Conversions API. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, both operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure advertising effectiveness on Facebook, Threads, Messenger, Audience Network and Instagram, to build Custom Audiences for retargeting, and to deliver relevant advertising. The Meta Pixel collects browsing and purchase event data from your browser. To manage your advertising preferences, visit facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads.

E. Video Content — Vimeo

Certain pages on the Site contain video content hosted by Vimeo LLC. When a page with embedded Vimeo content loads, Vimeo may set cookies and collect IP address, browser, and device information, regardless of whether you play the video. This collection occurs on page load. Vimeo’s data practices are governed by Vimeo’s Privacy Policy at vimeo.com/privacy.

F. Video Content – YouTube

Certain pages on the Site contain video content hosted by YouTube, a service operated by Google LLC (Alphabet, Inc.). When a page with an embedded YouTube video loads, YouTube may set cookies on your device and collect information about your IP address, browser, device type, and viewing behavior. If you are signed in to a Google account, YouTube may associate your visit with your Google account. YouTube's data collection may connect to Google's broader advertising infrastructure, including Google Analytics as described above. G. Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics and session replay service operated by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how users interact with the Site. Clarity records mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behavior, and on-page interactions using session replay technology. Session recordings are retained by Microsoft for 90 days. H. Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of Personal Information where required by applicable law. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat your visit as an opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising for the duration of that session.

VII. Your Privacy Choices

A. Cookie and Tracking Preferences

You can accept, decline, or update your cookie and tracking preferences at any time through our ConsentMo preference center at https://shop-cannastyle.com/pages/your-privacy-choices. This center allows you to independently control analytics, marketing, and behavioral tracking categories.

B. Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send, or by contacting us at info@shopcannastyle.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your orders or account.

C. SMS Marketing

If you have opted in to SMS marketing through Postscript, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

D. Opt Out of Behavioral Advertising

E. Do Not Track

The Site does not alter its data collection practices in response to browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals, as no industry standard for DNT response has been established. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section VI(H).

Right to know or access. The right to request confirmation that we are processing your Personal Information and to receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you, including the categories of information collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.
Right to correction or rectification. The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information we maintain about you.
Right to deletion or erasure. The right to request that we delete Personal Information we have collected, subject to exceptions where retention is required by law, necessary to complete a transaction, or otherwise permitted.

Right to withdraw consent. Where we process Personal Information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred prior to withdrawal. Withdrawing consent to certain processing may affect our ability to provide some features of the Services.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. We will not deny you goods or Services, charge you different prices, or provide a lesser quality of Services because you exercised your privacy rights.

Right to complain. California — Shine the Light. California residents may separately request information about our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year by contacting us at info@shopcannastyle.com.

International data transfers. Canna Style is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your Personal Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your home jurisdiction. We take appropriate safeguards in connection with such transfers.

IX. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Privacy Notice. In determining appropriate retention periods, we consider: the nature and category of the Personal Information; the purposes for which it was collected and whether those purposes have been fulfilled; applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain records for specified minimum periods; whether the information is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect our legal rights; and any consent you have provided, which we will retain until withdrawn.

When Personal Information is no longer required for any of the foregoing purposes, we will delete, de-identify, or anonymize it. Where immediate deletion is not technically feasible, we will securely store the information and isolate it from further processing pending deletion.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted to and from the Site, access controls for personnel who access Personal Information, and written data processing agreements with Service Providers requiring appropriate security practices.

Payment card data is handled through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors, including Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store payment card details on our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Information using commercially reasonable means, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and services that are not operated by Canna Style. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the technologies we use.
