We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED and in their original packaging (opened or unopened).
You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at info@shopcannastyle.com with your order number and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost and any taxes paid.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive an email confirming the return.
Please allow 2-6 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment.
